- Hosting monthly events in collaboration with the Los Gatos Library
- Screening documentaries with discussion panels
- Tabling and community outreach
- Publishing articles for local newspapers and publications
- Working with local K-12 schools to increase plant-based offerings

There are many compelling reasons to eat more plant-based including:
- Reducing risk for obesity, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, and some cancers
- Reducing animal suffering and supporting wildlife health
- Reducing the world’s eco-footprint
- Promoting human health equity, safer labor practices, and environmental justice
